Feeling Better

I'm feeling better about my diet. Yesterday, I weighed myself. Yes, I have put some weight back on, but it wasn't as bad as it felt. I don't think it's just been the fruit these days. When we get to this end of the semester, I'm under a great deal of stress, especially in the Spring. I have students all clamoring for their grades, constantly stopping in and asking, while I'm trying to get all the grading done. All 150+ students think I should have their papers done now! Plus, I have a deadline. This is stressful. I need to give myself a break. Once the semester is over, ON MONDAY, then I'll get back to the diet in earnest.
