Disgusted with Myself

I've been having a terrible time with my diet this last week. Part of it has to do with my stomach problem with fruit...But that's a terrible excuse. I need to get my focus back. I've been walking to and from school every day, but my clothes are getting tighter. I haven't even had the nerve to step on the scale lately. I refuse to give up! If I'm still having problems after this week, the final week of school, I'm going to see my doctor. I just hope he doesn't put me on an ulcer diet. There's no dieting on an ulcer diet.

  1. Don't get discouraged. I'm amazed at what you've done so far. The only time I've had to lose a significant amount of weight was after my pregnancy, and I was breastfeeding, which burns a lot of calories. So, I have no idea what it is like, but I know that few people have been able to do what you've done.

    You've developed some great habits such as eating more nutritious food and exercising more. Even if you gain all your weight back, if you stick with those habits you are going to look and feel a lot healthier than when you started.

    That's very sweet of you, but it is hard to remain positive when I feel myself backsliding. But, I will get back to it.
